Refunds and Exchanges

We aim to ensure that all our products leave us in perfect condition and take the utmost care in packaging. If your item has arrived damaged or faulty please do let us know within 7 working days by emailing us at: hello@indigoelevendesign.com

Items can be sent back for a full refund, not including return shipping, within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unused, in its original re-sellable condition. Merchandise not in above-stated condition is not eligible for return.

Please contact us and we will send instructions to begin the return process. Customers must pay for return shipping. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue a refund.

Please note: We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

We do not accept exchanges.
